SAAC/AAPD Officers

Elections:

The Officers of the two Societies are elected each fall at the Societies' Annual Meeting.

Officers:

Separate pages show the AAPD and the SAAC officers.

Presidents:

The Presidents of the two Societies are elected alternate years, each serving first for one year as President Elect, then for two years as President, followed by a final year as Immediate Past President.

Secretary/Treasurer:

The two Societies share a common Secretary/Treasurer, who is elected for a three year term.

Council Members:

Each Society elects members to serve on its Council for up to three consecutive years.

Administrative Office:

Support for the two societies is provided by the Director of Administrative Affairs, whose office is located in the Headquarters of the American Society of Anesthesiologists.
